BLADON FAMILY HISTORY
Welcome to the Bladon family web site. I hope you will find it interesting. I have been researching the family history for over 20 years and have amassed a lot of information. I welcome all enquiries and comments.
Please contact me at helena.coney@googlemail.com
On this site are descriptions on my own tree and about 20 or so other trees which have yet to be linked to mine. There are still a lot of Bladon's to be fitted into the trees, so if you don't recognise anything don't worry I can probably still help!
This site is dedicated to Bladon's past and present where ever they may be and to my long suffering husband and son's who keep getting dragged around grave yards and various other places connected to the family.
Exciting News! I have made a start on the Bladon book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's New
Result! The Joseph on the Ocean Monarch is the one on my tree. Such a tragic story
Investigation into Joseph Bladon age 25 of Birmingham who drowned in the Ocean Monarch disaster of 1848. It is possible he was the Joseph born 1822 at Tanworth in Arden and thus appears on 'my' tree. This Joseph's wife did remarry in 1850 and no death for Joseph has been found. So is it him?
